The Art of Forgiveness: A Self-Compassion Workshop

Join me on Zoom for a heartfelt exploration of the many layers of forgiveness. During this engaging 2-hour workshop, we’ll discover how self-compassion can support and strengthen our capacity to forgive ourselves and others.

Forgiveness is not a single event—it’s a journey. It is a skill that develops over time and is nurtured through awareness, practice, and a compassionate connection with both mind and body. Together, we’ll explore how forgiveness can help us heal from life’s hurts and move forward with greater peace and freedom.

WHAT IS FORGIVENESS?

Forgiveness is about how we respond to and heal from suffering that has occurred in our lives. Rather than excusing harmful behavior or forgetting what happened, forgiveness is a process of opening the heart and releasing the burdens that keep us stuck in pain.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Participants will explore:

  • The three kinds of Forgiveness.

  • Why Forgiveness is a process, not a destination

  • How compassion and self-compassion support the healing journey
