Join me for a warm and nurturing Holiday Self-Compassion Break, designed to help you navigate the holidays with greater ease, balance, and kindness toward yourself.
The holiday season can bring moments of joy, connection, and celebration—but it can also stir up stress, overwhelm, loneliness, fatigue, and high expectations. This workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate self-compassion as you move through the season. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and guided practices that can help you shift from overwhelm to greater calm, clarity, and emotional well-being.
What You’ll Learn
During this workshop, you’ll discover how to:
Welcome and acknowledge the full range of emotions that may arise during the holidays—joy, excitement, sadness, dread, fatigue, and everything in between—with kindness rather than judgment.
Ground yourself in the present moment and find calm amid the busyness of the season.
Recognize and honor your needs, prioritizing self-care through rest, movement, fresh air, healthy boundaries, and moments of nourishment.
Release perfectionism and embrace your shared humanity, giving yourself permission to be exactly as you are.
Let go of unhelpful worries and recognize that many holiday anxieties are simply thoughts, not facts.
Plan thoughtfully where needed while releasing unnecessary pressure and stress.
Reconnect with what matters most to you and create a holiday season that reflects your deepest values and brings genuine meaning and joy.
