Join me on Zoom for an exploration into the many layers of Forgiveness. Together, we will go on an 2-hour journey to identify and apply our innate resource of self-compassion to enhance our capacity for Forgiveness. Forgiveness is a skill that takes practice and benefits from a deep mind-body connection.
WHAT IS FORGIVENESS? Forgiveness is about how we respond to and heal from suffering that has happened. Forgiveness needs to come from the heart.
WHAT DO PARTICPANTS LEARN?
- The three kinds of Forgiveness. 
- Forgiveness is a process. 
- An understanding of how compassion and self-compassion support forgiveness. 
- An awareness of the myths of Forgiveness along with the benefits of Forgiveness.

What to bring: please bring a pen, journal and wear comfortable clothing that you can sit in.                                                                                                                                            Tuition: $150. A $50 non-refundable registration fee and the balance ($100) due by May 10th. Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, PayPal, check.  Every effort is made to help people in need.
